to do creative visualizations, what kind of waves is better, theta or alpha?
and with delta??

by the way, what comercials audios (like brain sync, hemy sinc etc) you recommend to me, for visualizations??

any information... with your experiences is welcomed...

No problems, friend!

Delta is definately better for this kind of thing. Delta is the visual realm of the empathic mind. Now, you do not necessarily have to be in the delta brainwave stage of meditation to do creative visualization, but delta signals are what you're looking for.

For the audios, I am not sure. I always engage in non-assisted meditation.
