Yes it is very effective but does slow down the PC a little bit (by a few seconds)

It uses classic subliminal techniques to get straight to the sub-conscious mind.

What did you find rainbow? I try to use affirmations all the time and have books full of them but could not spare any cash to buy this for a while yet.

rainbow found a free "trial" of this....I`ve been using it and it did immediate effect! it is really effective and will help!

I think i might be able to make a program that can do pretty much the same thing but rather the words would pop up in a small window and possibly a lot faster without locking up system functions or anything. The only problem is i dont really know the command to import a .txt for the affirmations. If anyone knows how to do this in visual basic i could probably do it.

I was curious -- I had to buy it -- a little concerned that it contains 1984-style mind control from the government, I'd hate to be paying for a covert operation to be brainwashing me into an obediant drone. Rolling Eyes

Meanwhile, I'm attempting to obtain persmission to do an experiment on its effectiveness. I'm curious, and it would be easy to do.

Meanwhile, best of luck to all of you who are working on becoming better people -- that is great!

I also love the Louise Hay healing stuff!
