I really need alot of techniques because im new to this sub-conscious mind stuff so help!!!

And another question Aerokenisis "Air bending" or Electrokenisis "Electricity bending"

Okay, some pointers regarding your question.

First of all, could you state what you would like to learn in regards to psychic disciplines, like psychokinesis, energy manipulation, telepathy, empathy, dowsing, what?

Second, Aerokinesis is the manipulation of wind and air, while Electrokinesis is the manipulation of electricity. I don't know of any aerokinesis exercises, but I know that to practice electrokinesis, one should first try both draining electric charge from things, and charging electric storages.

One simple way to do this is to take something, like a battery, out of a device, and, depending on whether it is "dead" or "alive", charge or drain it by visualizing electricity gathering in your hands and flowing into the battery.

Strangely, though, my better skills are energy manipulation, telepathy, and dowsing without a pendulum.

I can make a fairly concentrated psiball with both of my hands, or a weaker one with just one.

I can communicate on a conversational level with anything not human using telepathy, including things like computer A.I, servers, plants, man-made objects, and such, because of those things, like everything else, actually having at least a spark of intelligence and a soul, whether it be digitos, ego'm maetal, or sparat'lmat, digitos being "ghost of the machine", ego'm maetal being "ego of the item" and sparat'lmat being "spark of the plant".

Finally, I can dowse without any tools what-so-ever. I just use my forefinger, thumb, and the muscles within them. Rather simple to learn really.

Anyhow, there are more than likely many people out here who will be able to help you better than I can. My forte is more in the magical areas, especially with disciplines that, well, almost no one else uses because there are no books on them...

Yet.

Okay, my apologies, but I just re-read your post. Damn, I need more sleep >.>

Anyways, what aspects of the subconscious do you need help with? I could tell you how to communicate with the subconscious, as the subconscious is a being I use in my workings quite often, mostly as a lie detector or such.

Also, if finding the truth using the subconscious is what you want to learn, then pendulum dowsing or even pendulumless dowsing is something you should learn, as it is good work for interacting directly with the subconscious. Just ask and you will receive.

Drowsing is not hypnosis. In the traditional methods (pendulums and dowsing rods) the motions of the pendulum or rod are caused by slight movements in your wrist/fingers controlled by the subconscious and amplifiedin a process known as ideomatic motion. There is an almost infinite variety of ways to dowse, but none involve hypnosis.

The most common training for electrokinesis is visualizing electricity shooting from your body. Imagine it crackling and popping. Do this 10 minutes daily for a week or two, and you should begin to actually feel or see it shooting off and crackling. Now, you can try focusing the electricity onto a radio or tv. If you can affect the reception greatly, then start applying it to the standard techniques (Shields, psi-balls, augmentations and such). It can be really fun if you have an annoying psi-vamp who likes to feed without consent. If he tries to feed off you, just give him some some electrically charged energy. It can give a nasty headache, along with an odd fuzzy feeling, if your not used to it.

Sorry, I suppose it was rather foolish to assume everyone on a topic entitled "Newbie that needs help" has a ton of experience. If you head over to http://www.psipog.net/cat-shields.html and http://www.psipog.net/cat-psiballs.html they will explain pretty much anything you could want to know about psi-balls and shielding. I don't know any links to sites about augmentation, but it's basically using various techniques to strengthen or add to a person or object's natural abilities. For example, superior weapons would augment a warrior's fighting abilities. In our case, you could use your electrokinesis to augment an electronic device's battery life, your combat abilities (make a large amount of electrically charged energy flow into your fist), among many other things. I'm not a doctor, so don't take my advice without looking this up for yourself, but you could probably use small amounts of electricity to improve the functionality of some organs, relax muscles, and reach deeper meditative states faster. Again, please do not attempt to use electricity on your muscles or organs, unless you research the topic thoroughly and can control the electricity you produce fairly precisely. . I intend to practice it on my own body fairly soon, so please at least wait until then.

Shields can easily be made from a psiball, or without. To shield one's self normally, visualize that there is a bubble of energy or force around you, and feed it with your energy or the energy of some other source.

Psiballs can be made by concentrating and channeling psi from an external source or your natural energy storage facility (located conveniently in your diaphragm) into a ball, usually with the guided help of visualization and your hand(s).

Both shields and psiballs can be programmed with your thoughts to do things, like, for example, push, reflect, enflame, absorb, attack, whatever. Psiballs can also be shaped into constructs, thoughtforms if you will. They can also provide sustenance for ethereal beings if programmed right.

I myself designed a shield that drains energy from vampires that drain me, which usually, after a good five, ten minutes, will exhaust one to the point where ethereal ones die, and physical ones get major headaches. And I share food with my guides and such by taking energy from my meals and shaping it into copies for them.

Some of them love my "weird, sometimes unsafe" cooking that has provided me with an immunity to food poisoning and some types of bacteria, but this is not the place for that discussion.

However, I would like to know what augmentation is. I mean, I know what it does, but how does it work?

Ok, I got myself curious and decided to try out electrokinesis on my body immediately, with interesting and terrifying results. The first thing I wanted to know was whether or not electrokinesis would affect my pulse. I put my middle and index fingers to my neck, and waited until my pulse was normal. I began to use electrokinesis, starting in my chest. After about 5 seconds, the pulse in my neck vanished. I quickly ceased my expirement and freaked out for a minute or two. Once I decided I was fine I started again, because evidentially, I am a complete idiot. This time, I decided to avoid the chest, and sent the electricity towards my gut. This produced a feeling similar to sit-ups, and after about 5 minutes I decided to see if my weight was influenced at all. The scale said I had lost half a pound, and I had weighed myself shortly before making my last post. Certainly not worth risking life and limb for, but interesting nonetheless. Meditation and relaxing the muscles worked just as I thought they would. It's been a while since I've tried augmenting my arm, and I forgot one detail, that can be a bit scary if no one has told you about it beforehand. When augmenting your arm with any kind of energy, if you pour too much in, your arm might start jerking for a second or two. No one had told me this, and for a few seconds I thought I was having a seizure.

last night while trying to make a psi ball a very thin lightning bolt type thing was projecting from my left hand ( only from the left because that was the one i was focusing on the most) Mr. Green
