A question for all. I have been working with meditative states for several months now in developing the ability to manifest as well as RI (mps). Has anyone on the board used lucid dreaming for either of these purposes as well and if so what would be the techniques used to acheive this. I have thought that by using lucid dreaming to enter the astral plane would make this more productive and more imediate but I am not sure how to go about this if it is even possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
