For those who have not yet discovered this Attunement Manual -- the method described allows you to *self attune* for all levels of all Reikis and much else. Very helpful. Enjoy !!

Hello, thanks so much for sharing this.....just wondering if you have done this yourself? I am attuned for 2nd degree Reiki, Usui, and am wondering what the difference is between the two of these: Kundalini Reiki and Usui? Are you able to elaborate at all? For example, if I self-attune to Kundalini Reiki, does my Usui Reiki still flow? Any comments/guidance would be appreciated. Blessings, love and light. Smile

Further to the idea of self-attunement, I have recently come across 2 excellent books on the subject and they are truly revolutionary...written by Brett Bevell, Reiki Master/Teacher at the Omega Institute, the books are The Reiki Guide to Self-Attunement and the other is Reiki for Spiritual Awareness. If I could only own 2 Reiki books, those would be the 2 I'd have for sure. I have healed immensely since I started using Brett's techniques. Truly revolutionary. I can't recommend them highly enough. The two styles are slightly different, and if you self-attune to Kundalini, the Usui will still flow as usual.

Kundalini is more like a cleansing fire, while Usui is more like a loving hug.

I have not read the manual, since I already knew how to self-attune. It is easy. I experimented and learned it directly from the Universe.

I do not know about what makes one good at obe, so I cannot answer that.

The higher self is what most people think of as their subconscious mind. I call it the supraconscious mind, because from my experimentation it leads the conscious mind in a more powerful way than anything I have read about the subconscious mind. Your higher self is more ideal than the highest ideal you could possibly imagine for yourself. Your higher self knows all. Your knowledge is limited to what your higher self decides you should know.

You are like an avatar in a game to your higher self. Generally if your wishes correspond with your higher self's goals for you, your ability to gain is unlimited.

The Energyworkers communicate with higher selves to attempt to convince them of why you should be allowed to experience obe. Any attunements necessary for obe are then handled at that level, but just attuning yourself to etheric energy wouldn't do the trick.

Alice, thanks so much for your comments. Since I first asked that question much has changed. I have been attunted to both Kundalini Reiki and Master level Reiki. Kundalini is, as you stated, like a cleansing fire...and when it runs it runs for a shorter time with a distinctly different feel to the flow whereas....the Usui flows longer and more gently. I would like to attune myself into "Kundalini Reiki 2009 (1-3)".
In "Kundalini Reiki 2009", "Kundalini Reiki Booster 1-6" are integrated into "Kundalini Reiki 2009" attunements.

So, how do I ask to my "higher self"?
If I would like to attune myself into Kundalini Reiki 1 2009, do I have to say: "I ask that I may be attuned for the Kundalini Reiki 1 2009 attunement"?

If I say: "I ask that I may be attuned for the Kundalini Reiki 1 attunement", I am worry that I will be attuned into "Kundalini Reiki 2002" (old version).
