I need some valid sources of EK, and different techniques to help develop it.
I my self am an EK, but Its just at very beginning stages, because it has been locked away for all this time. But, i tried to using a method to build energy. And for some reason i grabbed a battery and i held that in my left hand and a pop can top in my other.. my goal was to focus in between then to see if i could se an aura or energy waves. Well i focused extremely hard and i started to feel tingly feeling go to my fingers in my left hand and then a stinging shock, like of electricity. I have done this twice. Unfortunately i can only do it once for so long of time period, and then it doesn't work.

That is why i ask for different methods to help build energy to use on my EK.

Well to start what i did i first made a psi ball and then i tried to visualize electricity zapping into the psi ball....you probably want to meditate for about 15-20 minutes..thats how i got started...
