being new to this sort of idea of energy through a picture...i couldn't help but be a bit sceptical and felt a little sheepish for various reasons...

BUT I did in fact feel the vibe as little pulses of electricity...through my arms and chest....interesting:)

hiiiiii everyone , i m new to this site and i m from india by nationality.
i followed the instruction to access the energy but i had not felt it .
can anyone help me please?

What I did is I enlarged it with the standard picture viewer and relaxed my eyes. I tried to almost look through it but kept my mind focused on it. I felt intense pulsation rolling through my body surprisingly quickly.

Yep you would have evolved rapidly since you first joined this site so your ability to feel/see/taste,etc the energies would be much stronger now.

Hi all,
I am recently new to Reiki and am waiting to be attuned but in the mean time I am trying to familiarise myself with all things related.

I have a lot of pain in my body and am desperate to use energy for pain relief although a cure would be even better.

I have followed the instructions to access the energies in the picture but currently haven't felt anything other than frustration.

I will try again later.

Yes possibly.

Put on some soothing music and relax while you try it.

Don't eat up yourself if it does not work the first few times.

It just means you are not energy sensitive but will improve over time.

Just relax.
