Im starting to see lights and other things (like small black moving objects) out of the corner of my eyes. when i try to have a better look it goes away. it also happens when i try make psi balls, where i see small flashes of blue and yellow light..

Can anyone please explain what is going on or wud u suggest i see an optician?
