Just visualize your goal all the time. Whenever you have spare time...Imagine how you will feel when you achieve the goal. Let the goal happen naturally rather than "trying" to make it happen. Do- there is no "try".
Also I don't think genes change during biokinesis. There are some physical laws that are insurmountable; even though it is possible to transcend these laws through some other means. For example immortality is physically and mentally impossible to achieve. The body will die at some point and transform into something else... |

Usually I'd think depending on the power, but here I'd think that there really are no limitations in the end, because used creatively or smartly the powers can be used to cope with many things and situtations etc... so basically: if you got a power, you use is creatively, you could really find almost infinite uses for it now and in many situtations, that's all I'm saying.
