It has just about everything you could want to cure/remedy and energizing methods as well. Remember everything that cures the body will also make it stronger when the (insert dis-ease) is being taken care of. Forget what you know about "side-effects." |

| "Natural" doesn't mean "safe". Nightshade is an example of an herb that could kill you despite being "natural". Some of the strongest known poisons are natural (botulism, anyone?). Be careful when self-medicating. Some cures are certainly valid, but others have the potential to be problematic. |
