I am currently trying to try this and to be honest, I am totally lost as to if I'm doing it right. I have tried many things and havent have much luck, only thing I have done is make an psi ball, and even those dissipate the minute I try to send them away to do what I wanted them to do(sorry a bit of topic). Anyway when i try to do the picturing thing / mental touch, I can get the touch pretty good, but my visiualization is horrible, as well as my concentration. I can only think of someone's image for about 4-7 seconds, and their image is always blurry, no matter how clear I try to make it. Is there something wrong with me? Even meditation can't really fix this, as I have been trying and can't get that down either.

practice
have an image of the person look at it for several seconds then close your eyes and see how long you can hold that same image in your head. repeat as many times as you feel neccesay
