i was recently trying to make a psi ball and i thought i felt a push between my fingers and when i tried to move them closer together it felt harder then usual, like something was stopping them. i was wondering if i had actually made a psi ball. can anyone tell me if i did and how i can be sure that i am making one

Did you observe anything else besides it being harder to put your hands together ? Also have you tried any of the exercises I suggested in your other thread about starting out ?
