The following is a great free resource for recording affirmations:

Also with the following Optional Downloads available on the same page, it is possible to repeat the affirmations any number of times using the repeat effect and even add an echo using the echo effect. The MP3 encoder allows for exporting of the file to MP3.

LADSPA plugins 0.4.15 installer (.exe file, 1.5 MB) - over 90 plug-ins.

LAME MP3 encoder - Allows Audacity to export MP3 files.
