can this technique be used without visualization.....?

i mean just with intent......

i am having some problems with visualization , sort of negative thought and images type of problem

so i dont wanna go for visualization

is it possible to just simply state our desire without doing all this visualization thing......?

Hi sorcerer,

this technique is visualize the color forming in the navel in a spiral form... does this have anything related to the vortex of creation? which is also spiral. in other words is what we visualize the vortex itself?

It may have a relation but i don't know of anything of that sort.

I recommended visualizing the navel since that's where our DNA genetics lie.

I was just reading through this and it's amazing. I'm definitely going to experiment with this and it's uplifting to hear that people are seeing results. I definitely believe anything and everything is possible and that we're powerful beyond our measure. Our current society and limiting beliefs have led us to deprive ourselves of our true power.

Regarding the mediation, I don't really sit and meditate much however I have manifested through visualization and I fully understand it's all about eliminating all doubt in order to see results with anything in life. Our subconsciousness will deal with the physical changes in its own time as long as we train our brain to know it will happen and is evident. I have very dark brown eyes and am going to attain a lighter brown/hazel. I am looking forward to trying this out Smile

Wow, I'm so glad I found this forum! I have tried using this technique for a couple of days already. Not completely sure about the results, but I think it's working. Smile

But I want to ask Sorcerer or someone else, what can I do to concentrate better? It's just that some random thoughts come up from time to time and I can do almost nothing about it. Sad

And also something: I also think about changing my hair color after that. Not completely, but only slightly. So I want to ask: will it change only my hair color or other body hair too? I'm a man so the difference will be visible.) Just for example: if I had black hair and wanted to change its color to red, my eyebrows and facial hair would still be black and that all would look unnatural as hell. :/

OK, so now I have learned to relax better. Random thoughts don't come up to my mind as often as they did and I get rid of them more easily. Also my eyes finally twitch while doing this. Smile

But they start twitching at the fourth step, not at the fifth. By the fifth step they usually either stop twitching or twitch not as intensively as the did... I hope it's normal. But now I have a slightly different problem. When my eyes start twitching as I mentioned I get a bit excited and can't concentrate on my eye color very good. :/ I can still imagine my eye color changing, but not as vivid as I can, I think.
Also, one more question: how much should an average self-hypnosis session of this last? Because I think I do it too quickly...
And by the way, should eye color change a bit everyday? I did about two sessions and saw a kind of blue outlines around my eyes. I tried not to look in the mirror for about 4 days or so, but accidentally did today and couldn't see any real changes more... I still fully believe in it though, just maybe I'm doing something wrong. Sad

I wonder where you are, Sorcerer... It's been two and a half weeks since I posted my question. Apparently, this forum is completely dead. Crying or Very sad

Also, I've mistook in my last post. My eyes start twitching at the fifth step, not fourth, so everything's right. Other questions still remain the same though.
My eyes change color by the way. I was worrying that it wasn't happening quickly a bit in my last post, but now I can see medium-dark blue color forming in my irises. Especially in the left one. Very Happy

Sometimes I can't concentrate really good, but I think it's because I don't sleep enough from time to time.
Why did this forum die anyway? It's a great storage of knowledge of mystical things as far as I can see it. But now there's only infrequent replies which are usually questions (like mine), but not answers.

There is a hypnosis mp3 on how to change your eye colour permanently. Its from instant-hypnosis.com. Google it. Its pretty easy to find.

It mentions the navel and everything as Sorcerer was saying.
