There are prolly some of u guys whu are not satisfied with ur eye color or wanna luk more attractive.dis is one method i used to change my eye color from brown to grey.it freaked my whole house out.
1.enter alpha or theta state.(all works)
2.focus ur attention on your navl area,thats the point of the body which is responsible 4 genetics.it controlles skin color,size of nose,etc.
3.den feel the energy in ur navl and visualise the color that u desire formin from the navl and spreading to all the cells in ur body.from ur head to toe.
4.after doin dis,focus ur attention on ur eyes,den see the color that u desire as a big pic.
5.begin to visualise and feel ur eye transforming color.u must believe its transformed.my eye normally twitches at dis point.
6.now visualise urself walking to the mirror and seeing ur eyes as the desired color.see and feel urself rejoicing at ur new color.
7.now u can open ur eyes.

when done well,u ll begin to see differences in two days.u shd believe its the desired color at all times.it shd b done everyday until it completely changes.mine changed in 3 weeks.duration varies from one another.the most important thing is the belief.

Hi perfume magnet,
How would you go about growing more hair on your head?
I'm not bald or even close but my hair is thinning a little.
I've been going into Theta/alpha and making the energy travel up my body and out the top of my head and imagining that my hair is getting thicker.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
I ve never tried thickening my hair before,but i showed someone how to thicken their hair using onion juice and it works pretty good.try that one.Using the same technique but in a different fashion will also do.

When you changed eye colour you moved the energy from your naval chakra to the top of your head, yes?
But you also imagined the whole of your body 'being' the eye colour you wanted... but what concerns me is imagining hair all over my body. That's way more than I want! That would gross me a bit actually Laughing

lol,i don't mean you use the same process. Color of the eyes are with the DNA,thats why we visualize the blood as the precise color,but in the case of the hair,its normally with the blood flow.So you dont need to visualize the whole body with hair,dat ll be gross.what you will want to do is to increase the blood circulation,dats why i recommend onion juice.You could also try the hydro therapy which is pouring cold water alternating with warm water on your hair scalp,yep,this will increase the blood circulation and make the cells stronger.

I did this a couple of days ago. The colored part of my eye used to be dark brown all the way. Now there is a grayish ring around the brown. Could this be working or was the ring always there, and I wasn't noticing it?

The number of times you can change your eye color is unlimited.

For testosterone,I think you should grab a copy of Mantak Chia's Taoist Secrets of love cultivating male sexual energy.

Hi Divine777,
I think you should practice meditation before you begin this exercise so that you can get a feel of it.There are other topics in the forum which explain how to meditate.I recommend checking them out first.The common way to access the alpha state is to make your intention in entering the alpha state , you close your eyes,relax completely without any interfereing thoughts.The navel is the belly button.

Hi I will try what you suggested. Did you really want gray eyes or is that just you wanted them blue but got gray?

How does it work for skin colour, like not changing something from brown to white but like from brown to almost chestnut skin tone?
