Hi Sorcerer,
How much time do you spend 'forming' the color in the navel area? Also how do you imagine the color spreading to all the cells of your body? what do you see exactly? and how long does this take?

As long as you can believe that the color has been formed in the navel area.

I imagine the desired color spreading in my blood and moving to all parts of the body.

hey sorcerer,
i've been doing the eye color meditation as you mentioned, and i have no doubts when looking at the mirror, i believe im manifesting the eye color, but still no results.. i see a greenish ring in the outer of my irirs but that's my original eye color it's brown from inside and little green from outside. i've been doing this for 10 days and no real results ( and i can't stop looking at mirror because i need it everyday) also i like my original eye color as it is and i always send love to my body.
Forming the color in my navel makes me believe more and more that my genes have changed into the color i want, it even feels strange when i look at the mirror and find them brown because i feel myself saturated with the blue color that i want to manifest. is it normal that i didn't get any result till now? or it still needs more time??

Only ten days and you are already complaining.

The greenish ring color formed on your outside iris is a sign that the subconscious mind has received your suggestion.

It will take some time for the subconscious to fully change the color.

If you are new to kinesis , the amount of time it can take to fully see results can take from three to six months.

So just be patient and do it like a daily routine without worrying about it so much.

Hi, Sorcerer. I just want to ask sth about this process. i already practice it about 1 month and i just can see a little bit of differences sometimes when a look at the mirror and even when i took pictures. But all this happens even before i begin this practice???? is there any other ways to enhance my and improve my practice?? is there anyone that had seen the result via this practice besides you??? Confused

I feel like i keep repeating myself over and over again.

The little differences you can see show that its working.Can you not be patient or doesn't the difference give you enough proof?

Yes i know other people with results.

At the level of your uncertainty,it is going to take a long time before you see results.Results come when your doubts have been cleared.

You can not manifest something you don't believe in.

Like i said earlier on,spend time sending love to your body to clear the doubts you have about it.

Not Biokinesis in particular but Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain is a good book for learning the power of visualizing.

Thxs so much for that message on changing your eye colour it's very helpful! Wink

I've been meaning to find how to change your eye colour but failed and now I have found it. BTW I was wondering can you permanently change your eye colour into two different colours instead of one(Ex. change your green eyes permanently to blue then brown)??

Thanks for posting such an interesting thread. Im following up this practice and Sorcerer how to apply this method to our nose. i mean i want to change my nose shape so how to do it? I really hope you will give a right method like this eye colour changing method Smile
