ok so basically i looked at my hand last night and on my right palm were five red dots in the shape of a pentagram. Anyone know if it means anything?

oh. I do have a pic but its on my phone and i can't put pics from my phone on my computer because i don't have the right cable.

I also want to add that the dots appeared on my hand sunday night and were gone by monday at around dusk. Right now their not there and i've never seen them before sunday night. The dots were in the shape of a pentagram (they weren't connected or anything but you could tell what shape it was) and it was tilted a little towards the right. Also for the past couple of days I've been feeling a little light-headed around night time but I'm not sure if that means anything.
