hi i'm new here and was wondering if anyone knew how to bring one about theres a really long story behind why i need one but it'll take a very long time to explane and even though you'll all probably think i'm nuts i'll give you a very brief version...from what i can gather i believe that i somehow crossed over into this reality and the me from here crossed over into mine...i don't really know how to explain it other then that i mean that may not have been what happened at all but all i know is that i want to go home and i can't seem to find any help is someone could please try to help me i'd be eternally greatful...you don't know what it feels like to be ripped away from everything you hold dear and be stuck in a very confusing place. so once again...please don't think i'm crazy...i'm just a bitt desprate...

the only thing ive heard of that can physically take you some were els, like a "portal" would be vortex. look up everything you know about vortexes, mabey if you found out how too creat a strong enough one, you could use thought to direct it. scarlar waves might be a usful term too, their called a couple other things and might be of some use.
also more explanation may or may not help. good luck.

i was 25 and James my fience was 30 we lived in a house right off the beach in Cali he had just proposed earlier that week we spent the day together i remember that we went for a walk in the park on the way to do some shopping and we came back to our house we ran some lines for a part that James was auditioning for and we had some friends over because we were gonna tell them about the engagement after they left we ordered in chinese food and watched a movie then talked for a while and i started to feel kinda not like myself then i remember i got some water and James held me while i fell asleep because i remember him saying that i looked sick when i woke up i was here.and everything was different peoples looks there ages the state i was in everything i suppose thats the hazy version but thats all i can really make out

Now Little Willow, I dont mean to be rude, but dont you think this was just a dream that looked SO REAL that it changed you whole mind and made you think that was reallity. Anyway, if what you said really happened, you may try to OB (or get out of your body) and search for what you think is your realy body. You can also activate small portals by making a pool of energy in your index fnger and just spinning it around as you visualize how the portal is created, then you can get out of your body and travel through the astral plain.

It sounds like you may have had some kind of reality shift such as an awareness of a merging or change in the time stream. finding your self in a slightly different universe or just becomming aware of disonnances.

Reality shifting of various sorts is pretty common and seems to be getting more noticable. You might want to google reality shifts.
Cynthia Sue Larson has written a book or two on these kinds of experiences.
I have a sense of surfing the reality stream sometimes. As for feeling that you are in the wrong place, see if you can recall an attitude that might have ifluenced a shift. the underlying principle is that we are all constantly creating reality with our thoughts and collective will.

Never have jumped realities. I have BENT them to my own will. I don't advise it. There are unforeseen consequences.

Would there be a way to communicate with your other self?? Perhaps if you contact that "self" maybe she could find a way to get back here while finding a way for you to get back there....just a suggestion.

To me this sounds like a classic case of chaotic replacement.....if the story you tell is accurate.....though the condintions don't really seem to all add up.... with traditional chaotic repalcement another astral mass invades your physical body and your usually forced out and bound to some other physical enrgy receptor so you can't try to reclaim your physical mass....but if perhaps the physical body you are currently in is not the original body of your current expression this is what has happened and you were just lucky to get an able body....if this is your scenario then there is hope for you..... the other possibility is that it is actually just a dream or memory......we exist in a finite time line however imaginary time is astrally more infuencial then actual time....maybe you just got caught up in an alternate time line perhaps of an individual expression in a different position of space time............
