Greetings, I'm really growing attached to this discussion group. I've read so much from the site, that I almost feel as if I know some of you personally already. You all seem to stick together and help each other as a community-- each of you selflessly sharing your knowledge and/or assistance as one should. As a result, this site has gained my deep respect. So I come today seeking advice.

Allow me to provide a little background on who I am. Ever since a small child I've been able to feel objects by concentrating on them. I'd stare at different things for hours. I distinctively remember this transpiring before elementary school. Because I carried those odd habits into school, and people thought I was weird. It wasn't until I was 14 when I discovered I could manipulate matter. I remember it like yesterday.

It was a coke can sitting on my desk. I was visualizing it slowly sliding towards me, so it would fall off the table. But it didn't do what I wanted it to. In fact I really didn't expect anything to happen. But something did. Instead of sliding towards me, it stud in place slowly rotating in a clockwise circle. Unexpectedly, fear consumed me. I feel backwards in my chair. Startled I jumped up expecting to see a rotating can, but it stud completely still, only slightly dented. I told myself there was a logical explanation. Perhaps the can was sitting on some water, and the fan caused it to rotate somehow. I quickly checked the table for water. Nope, the table was drier than a drug dealer in rehab.

Still slightly frightened, I slowly picked up my chair and sat down to think. Something highly unusual happened, but why then? After a few moments I realized why. Because I had never tried. All I did, up to that point, was just concentrate on objects until I felt its substance, then I'd get tired and stop. I had to try it again. I had to prove it wasn't an hallucination. So I began to do the same thing I did before. I visualized it moving towards me to fall off the table. And sure enough after about 10 minutes it slowly begun to rotate clockwise. I was still a little shaky from before, only this time I was expecting it. After a few more minutes it begun to move a lot faster. Then, to my surprise, it started towards me. Spinning and wobbling around erratically. I tried to stay alert, but I was growing strangely exhausted after each passing second. Before I knew it the can's cap popped off and hit me. I passed out and fell directly into the table, completely destroying it (One of those cheap Wal-Mart desks). I didn't wake up till the next day.

That was eight years ago. Since that day, I never attempted to purposely move an object again. However, I know, for a fact, I can still do it. In fact, I can feel objects today greater than ever before. I thought if I didn't use it, it might go away. But it's getting stronger. I've tried hard to conceal this ability, but it's growing progressing more difficult. It's getting so easy to use, that I've done it countless times subconsciously or by ascendent. Part of me wants to embrace my abilities, but another part wants them to go away forever. The fear is hard to describe. Rotating cans is a thing of the past. I've gotten angry while playing Xbox before and blown up an apple. What if that was a person? It's too dangerous. I stay at home when I'm not working. I only come out at night when I'm sure not many people are around. It feels like I'm carrying a loaded gun everywhere I go. I could easily use it without anyone knowing it was me. The temptations are vast and undeniable. My greatest fear is it'll eventually consume me and I wont be able to hide it anymore. People are already starting to notice.

There's been so many occurrences at work, that now they think the office is haunted. They hired a paranormal investigator for a couple sessions a few months ago. It was so funny! I had to strain to keep from laughing. Two people came; a fat guy wearing a tea shirt and jeans, and a slender woman, wearing the exact same outfit. The fat guy walked around with this silly looking headgear on-- he said it was thermal-vision or something like that. The lady (Which I assumed was his wife) walked around with a little meter-- she said it read magnetic disturbances. The funniest part was, every time she came in my office (I got nervous) the device started going crazy. Now everyone thinks my office is where the ghosts come from. No one ever comes in there. People tell me I'm crazy for working there. They say, "How do stay in there with all the ghost?" I just tell them that they don't bother me. They usually just shake their head and walk off, mumbling incoherently. Better I tell them that than the truth.

Thus, I come hoping there's someone else like me here who's better at controlling this ability to help me. I'm afraid of what I might do with it. I'm afraid of using it. I'm genuinely just afraid altogether. Is there a way to get rid of this ability? At least something to stop it from getting stronger. The stronger it gets the scarier it is, and the harder it is to hide. Can anyone help me?

I've read a lot on this site from people who actually want this ability (I can't understand why anyone would want it). But if you seriously want it, it isn't hard to acquire. I hear everyone saying, technique this - technique that. There's a blah blah technique for [place ability here]. This is why so many people fail. They get caught up in trying to find a technique that works, until they ultimately give up. Let me tell you a little something about techniques. They're all irrelevant.

I can truly tell you today that any and every technique is just a road to a desired result-- the technique itself is useless. People miss the point entirely. The technique does nothing and they quit. The power comes from the absence of doubt not the technique used. I even have biblical proof of this. Which shows just how little faith we have.

This is Jesus answering his disciples (They just asked him why they couldn't expel a demon):

Matthew 17:20 - He said to them: â€œBecause of YOUR little faith. For truly I say to YOU, If YOU have faith the size of a mustard grain, YOU will say to this mountain, â€˜Transfer from here to there,â€™ and it will transfer, and nothing will be impossible for YOU.â€

But heed my warning. If you manage to turn this ability on, I have no idea how to turn it off again. That's where I'm having trouble. Be warned, you may discover that you don't want it anymore after it's too late.

Reminds me of an old saying " WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY". Yea all highly trained mystics know that yes they posses very strange and almost super human power but they are very cautious as to how and why they use it. From personal experience if you simply forget and deny that you have this ability it will soon disappear as it will not have the necessary stimulus to manifest itself.

Remember what you believe and put your attention or focus on will eventually become your reality.

So you say you have rotated a coke can once and that's all? But you know you can still do it right?

Perhaps you could film yourself moving something telekinetically and post it here?

Surely that's not asking too much?
