Recently I had a white witch come to my home, due to strong paranormal activity in my house, that I was not able to move myself. Anyway after the usual witchy doings/blessings etc, she told me about a visit I had had from a hooded being. This is true, however, I had always felt the being as kind and safe, like a lost love, but she told me the being was shape shifting and was hiding behind the being. Now i am confused, as if the being was shape shifting, why would it present itself as a old soul elder being, which is what i believe.

Do spirits shape shift to confuse/trick us.

The witch was doing plenty of shape shifting herself. During her time in the house she changed in physical appearance many times. I thought is it me but no she was changing. VEry interesting. Any other witches out there?

Yeah, there are other white witches out there. I'm also a sensitive, and involved in paranormal investigations (just beginning). I have no idea of what that witch was talking about. Yes, the energies can manifest itself in many ways, including shape shifting, but it's interesting that you noted the witch was actually shapeshifting as well. Did you ask her about it? Personally, I think your instincts are your best guide to what is true.

So what was the outcome? Is your home cleared now? If so, how is the witch doing? Perhaps the entity was really attaching itself to her and making it appear that the witch was the one doing the shapeshifting.

I'd be interested to hear how this all works out.

I contact the witch 2 weeks ago, and the spirits instantly started attacking her. There were many and they were old.

She came to clear the house in the usual manner, ritual, clearing, prayer, insense, salt,cyrstals, all of which she brought with her. We were not allowed in the house at the time of the clearing. A few days later, the house does seem different, as in, its warmer, quieter, more peaceful. It does not help the fact that there is water running deep under the house, it is built of sacred aboriginal land and it is directly opposite a cemetary (full view) but with a river dividing me and the cemetary. She advised me of follow up work for me to do on a daily basis, as there were many spirits and none where to happy with the new person in my life, they knew her strength (physically) and wanted her out and me to themselves.

She also performed an etheric aura cleansing. This was interesting. She did me first. I had my eyes closed and she stood a number of feet away and started her ritual. I began to sway a lot and felt sick. After, she said I would feel sore for a day or so. Well, that night I vomited and could not move, very sore muscles, aches and pains, I could not go to work the next day. I felt a bit lost but an back in balance now.

My girl was next, the witch did the same just changed some wording and after, my girl felt light as a feather and skipped around the house all evening and I could not move.

My g/f noticed the shape shifting as well, I asked her after the witch left did you see her change. Both not spooked easily but the witch shape shifting was well something you don't see everyday.

I felt good about the white witch, she had good intentions and did not even charge as she feels its her work, but I gave her some herbs and vegetables.

The witch was a goth and had studied deep ancient witchcraft all her life, all over the world. I swear the witch shaped shifted the entire time. When she was doing my g/f clearing i left the room, but snuck in quietley and the witch was taller and thinner, and she walked like she was levitatin/gliding along.

The only misgiving i had was the confusion of her interpreation of the hooded being. I am going with my inner voice and feeling that the being was as it presented itself and it was an elder and i am sure it was looking at me fondly, even though it did not have a face, I could tell by the way its hood was titled slightly as if we were family.

So for the good 4 hours the witch was in my home, I learnt so much for my own witchcraft practise. I am a wiccan and use my gift for healing my family and home only. Most people should be able to do their own clearings, but this home needed some heavy duty house work, and i am glad that i waited to find the right witch, well she found me actually and the gods and goddess came through.

Shapeshiftiing is an ability like any other. Though some theorize that it is typically those with fae blood, or those who've studied Glamour that can shapeshift. Many beings, (including myself) can change form at will. Would a spirit use it to confuse you, sure. Some spirits cannot detach themselves from the physical relm, thus they stick around. And if you are a practicioner, especailly a newly awakened one, you are liable to draw a lot of spirit attention. Come to think of it, when I first started practicing, I had hooded figures show up in my room as well. The cloaks were dark and dark maroon in color, the ringleader of the group was female. Perhaps they are old reminants of the Council...In my newbie wisdom, I attacked them, then banished them Rolling Eyes

. Thinking back, it may have been better to simply converse with them. If you have a strong moral compass, evil spirits cannot twist you. Put up your sheilds, pull up a chair, and have a talk with em.

If anyone is interested. As posted previously had the house and etheric clearing done a week or so ago by a white witch.

The white witch called saturday evening to ask how we were feeling after the cleansing. So I told her how I had been in absolute agony for a few days after and almost physically delirious. Which is normal.

The spooky part, starts here. The witch said that something strange had happened to her when she got home after our clearing (other than a very angry spirit man followed her home), her very expensive black rosary beads had broken.. Last night I relayed to rosary bead story to my partner who then proceeded to tell me "don't you remember i put your white rosary on you and my black rosaries on me when we went to bed, the night of the clearing and in the morning they where both broken".

Now I am suitable spooked, but my interpretation when I look at it rationally, is the spirits where trying to break the cycle or clearing by breaking all 3 rosaries, and the energy that would have taken may have banished them forever. Or where they just plain naughty and trying to get in the last say.

Any comments?

Don't mean to be a buzzkill, but I always look for mundane explanitions first...

You said you and your spouce went to bead wearing the rosary? Is it possible that during the tossing and turning of slumber, they were broken accidently?

Anyway, did the witch sleep in her rosary beads as well?

No, the witches beads where already broken when she got home.

You could be sceptical and say the beads where broken during sleep, but for both to be and all three to be on the same night is to powerful. It was a very intense clearing of the home and etheric fields, and I suffered physically for days with intense pain and was starving as well.

Once the beads are broken they cannot be used again for the purpose of their intent. To protect us.
