Adopted and adapted from the order of the Phoenix clensing of the elements ritual 1964. An outline of a prelimonary ceremony to Maat conected with the Banishing ritual of the pentigram.

The Alter is arranged as for the Neophyte grade of GD
Rose and daffen in the East Insence, Lamp and wand (spear) in sout, cup (cauldron} in west Pentical (wetstone) Bread and salt in the North (if the pentical is not ready a gold coin may be substituted)
The Alter is draped in black in the center is a white Awen.

Water
(Take the sword) "I exorcise ye impure, unclean and evil spirits that dwell in this creature of water (oil,wine) in the divine name of Elohim Tzabaoth I clens and purify (Make banishing pentigram of water;) and in the name of Nichsa the great lord of water I comand ye to depart and not to cerupt or pollute with your presance this Hall of Belonus".
"In the name of Agla (Trace Invoking pentgram of spirit with spear)
and in the name of Mannan Mac Lir I consecrate this creature of water to the service of the magick of light". (Make the invoking pentigram of water with the spear).

Fire
(Take the Swors) "I exorcise ye evil and opposing spirits dwelling in this creature of flame and incence by the holy and tremendous name Yahweh Tzabaoth (Make banishing pentigram of fire with sword) and in the name of Djin the great lord of fire comand ye to depart and not linger to pollute with your presence this Hall of Belonus".

Air

Earth
(Cast salt to the four quarters take sword) "I exorcise the creature of earth by the divine name Adonai Ha Aretz (make banishing pentigram of earth with sword} And in the name of the great lord of earth Ghob, I comand every evil and impure spirit to depart, leave imeadiatly".
In the name Agla (make the invoking pentigram of spirit with spear.)
"And in the name of Danu (make invoking pentigram of earth with the wetstone.
