I have always been able to feel spirits around me and to also see them. Last Tuesday, there was an accident on my way home from school. As I took my friend home, I felt something was in the car. When I got home I couldn't sleep, I finally fell asleep and I had a dream where I saw exactly how the accident happened and I felt everything the victims felt. The next night I was in my closet and the lights started flickering and finally they went out and when I tried to touch it, it turned back on. I have never felt this before usually I am able to sleep and it doesn't bother me. This one is scaring me so bad I can't sleep in my room. Any suggestions?

You've been tagged. You were apparantly somewhere where this spirit was and it decided to tag along. It's happend to me. You have to confront and exercise it. There are many methods, but I usually chose the one that is MOST damaging to the spirit, like banishing it to the Abyss, or feeding it to a Hell Hound. If you know someone powerful enough, you can trap it in a magick circle and torture the s*** out of it. Why you ask? To send a message that you aren't to be f***ed with. If beings know pain and suffering await them, they will be less likely to try to torment you...

before you feed thing thing to hel i would attempt communication...perhaps this is not a negative entity hunting and fucking you but more of a lost soul who attracted to a strong energy beacon.....
any fear you feel may just be your own physical emotions and uncertainties surfacing......especially if this entity did share some of it's own emotional and physical trauma with you.....you said you have always been able to feel spirits around you....so your hyper sensitive......an astral entity can detect that as well as we can detect them.... before you banish anyone to "the abyss" i would attepmt to learn of this entity and it's purposes.....i'd hate for me as an astral entity to call out for help and be sent to "hel"......

I don't really have an answer except to say this happened to me a couple of months ago.

Don't want to get into the specifics, but I ended up in a place that was not by choice. I knew that when I found out where my tour group was headed, that there would be trouble. Once I got there, I was innundated with those who had not yet passed over. I tried to shield but it did not work as there were too many and they were too desperate to get out of there.

I left the area the next day but became very ill for the next five weeks. I am still battling this a bit, but I think that just maybe since it is now going on four months, that they have dissipated.

In my case, it seemed that time was what finally made them leave.

PS- almost the same thing happened to my grandmother. Story is she attended a funeral when instructed not to. While there, something very horrble happened. Not sure exactly what. In any case, she fell very ill for sox months and almost died herself.

Seems they attach and feed off of your energy making you ill.

I have communicated with spirits rarely. Generally it's been someone approved of or sent by the powers that be specifically to help me with a particular task. However, when I was attacked by demons, I found the easiest tactic was to show them love. Use a form of psionic aikido on them, and just try to work around whatever problem they represent. Generally, the demons will send themselves back into the abyss that way. Also, create a sensor for yourself. Program an elemental or some warning system in yourself to be able to distinguish good or distressed spirits calling for help, from demons and negative spirits. And above all, ask your guides, or pray to whatever of the trillions of names of God you happen to worship. You'll know what you need. Love and light be with you.

Yeah my ex husband was like that. He was bad energy and made me ill too lol true
