I don't really know how to go about saying this so I'm just going to start typing and see exactly what comes out...

About 2 years ago when I had just become awakened to my psychic abilities I started getting these headaches that just wouldn't go away. They would come and go last for 2 seconds and then be gone and they had no pattern no nothing. Some would be so painful that they would knock me to the ground. The person that introduced me to all of this is now my ex boyfriend *meaning my psychic abilities*. He also had a few friends that were just like me that also had psychic abilities. We all eventually became friends and all of that. Well while my boyfriend and I were together we had our fights and it wasn't until our last one that I started finding out a whole bunch of interesting stuff and if it wasn't for my other friends I probably would have never broke out of this.

My boyfriend and I had a huge ass fight and he was being the biggest a**hole you could possibly imagine. Well this is where everything started breaking down. I started finding out about the headaches and many other things that I couldn't consciously know. It felt as if there was an invisible blanket that went through my mind... I knew everything that my friends were telling me, but yet I couldn't consciously know about it w/out being told. None of this stuff was coming from our mutual psychic friends... all this information was coming from other people that I am only friends with.

Currently its been 11 months that I am still trying to get away from all of this. Basically all the people that I thought we were mutually friends with had me under there control.. that is what was causing the headaches. There instructions, commands, codes coming into my head. Thus far its been 5 months since I've made any contact w/ any of those 5 people. Until recently... but this contact was very brief and only 10 words were exchanged between my ex and I through instant messanger. Then amazingly right after he talks to me 3 of them find my myspace profile. I basically only said 10 words while he wrote me novels on how much he missed me and how much he wanted me back... don't worry guys it ain't going to happen.

Currently we don't know what there intent of doing this to me was. Were pretty sure that there is some type of program in my head... that I've basically have ripped apart and shreded as much as possible. I tried removing as much of the codes and controls as possible. I thought I was basically free, but since this contact I've realized that I still have somethings to take care of. I don't know how there doing this to me. I don't know what everyone's abilities were in this group and we figure that it took them about a year and a half to break me. So I kept 5 people off for a year... I don't know if that was my psychic strength or they just didn't find the right technique until then.

I just hope this is clear to all of you that read this... I could probably write a book on this subject right here in this forum, but I won't. I was just wondering if anyone else out there would know anything, be willing to help, anything would be great. I just really need to get tottally free from all of this... and I really don't think that it will ever happen until I bind all of them from using thier psychic abilities or something. I've also tried to confront them without giving away any information in the begining and no one will admit to anything... sooo it may be more then the 5 people I suspect. There is a bunch of stuff that is up in the air. I may need to train myself until I'm stronger if not already stonger then all of them to kick there ass. I'm not sure what the next steps are... I do have ideas and I'm willing to listen to yours. Any help will be deeply appreciated!

About your problem, I donÂ´t know much about the subject but I can try to draw my own conclussions:

1.-Your ex boyfriendÂ´s friends (or anybody else) were hurting you on purpose/unwillingly with their psychic powers and you, having a certain amount of psychic abilities, could notice this. Perhaps they saved info inside your brain, by either using a psi ball that would act as a wire or directly. If this is right (and if this is what you meant..) the best solution is to ignore it. You must eliminate the "program" and the "codes" first. Do some meditation or even use hypnotizing or subliminal messaging. Then draw a psychic shield around you so that it wonÂ´t affect you anymore.

2.- You are unconciously building this "codes" yourself. If this is the case, you must first realize it and then tell yourself to erase them so that you will live freely. Doing this during meditation is the best option. You stop giving it a thought.

ok this is interesting.........Welcome to the Forum..........First things things first you mentioned you were psychic hence your ability to tune in better to messages and feelings from the Astral. This ability may cause you to become psychically OVERSENSITIZED to impressions from your boyfriend and his friends.

Ok with that squared away lets move to the next topic most people who practice psychic exercises develop strange side effects from there practice . This is usually due to incorrectly performing psychic exercises or the exercises performed were errorneous from the start. This can cause a host of seemingly inexplainable medical problems.

And lastly I do not think your boyfriend is psychically doing harm against you I think he may have told his friends in the past negative things about you and they may have done a little dirty work.

Best thing to do is to have little or no contact with the trouble makers or for even better results you can remove any physical memories like pictures,clothing...etc from this previous relationships find yourself a new group of friends. this will eventually block these unwanted psychic impressions.

thanks Fen Zero yeah I'm still here alive and well.... :p well sort of since you see my situation.

So far Fen Zero I've tried and have been doing everything that you've suggested. I basically got all headaches and everything to go away until the current contact w/ them.

Though I don't really agree w/ what Luxor77 is saying, but maybe if you make things a bit clearer I might understand where your coming from. May I ask where are you getting your information from.

As for more information... when ever I have a headache my friend that I'm living w/ now...sees like little sticks in my head and he'll pull them out... and sometimes I'll do the same. The other day before I posted this I had just woken up and I saw a white object fly across the room and then it hit my head which caused me to have a headache and my friend pulled it out. As for the sticks there are usually one big one that seems to be the dud and then 2 little ones that carry whatever there sending.Any thoughts?

Well i know it's all very confusing in the beginning. Don't wory you will eventually realize that you create your reality by the things you focus on most in life good or bad.

Is your friend an empath? Your friend does something similar to what I do when my friends or family get sick. I am an empath, and I cure too. ItÂ´s good to have an empath home Razz

whats even more amusing is I already know everything both of you have told me thus far... especially that part about where I put my attention the most is what I will attract into my life. The only thing I wasn't clear on is what you mentioned about the astral part... can you clarify that more?

The only thing new is what Fen Zero has posted about the http://www.damals.net/downloads.htm website. I will check it out. I'm already signed up for the other one.

Anyone have any thoughts on how they make these little sticks and how they get them to me? I know about the part on how they get them to me obviously using my sig.... but what are they doing to make them? I have an idea but it would be much more interesting to hear all of yours.

I recently just joined this forum, came across it doing a school project on mailing lists. I had to come back and post a reply to what you had to say.
I can understand what you may be going through. It's been three years since some people that I care very deeply for played a cruel and malicious mind game on me. For the next two years I tormented myself mentally and emotionally trying to figure out how it was done. I have come to my conclusions and learned a few things about myself that somethimes I accept it openly and sometimes I try to forget about it. I really hate to say this, but sometimes when someone has attacked us mentally and controlled us, (me, almost unknowingly)there are triggers that we may never find. I had thought that if I found the 10 triggers they subliminally told me of, that it would be the end of it. but it wasnt. for One year nothing has happened, then 3 weeks ago. Because I am a sensitive and they taught me how, they were able to regress me backwards enough to spook me again. Its hard to explain how all this came to be, let alone proove it without everyone thinking I am full of it. I dont know much about psychic protection nor do I believe whole heartedly in it, kind of silly to think of blue sheilds protecting us. The only true shield I have needed was to send back God's love. or any kind of love. I dont know if you believe in God, or how you feel about it. but through my experiences which seem to be never ending. God is my shield. through time and space, he is never ending. Smile

I posted this message awhile ago... I've now figured out everything... I hope... I agree with you though... who really know if I've got everything... but my friend had me read "Das Energi" don't know if this book is still in print or not but it really helped. You need to realize that no one can hurt you and nothing bad can ever happen to you in the moment of now. You need to convince yourself that you are stronger then them and that they have no control over you. For me I haven't talked to them in over 9 months... maybe those tips will help you...
