lol i see alot of people who want to develop psychic powers,this is how you do it,#1learn deep belly breathing(one point breathing) this is the foundation to draw in the raw energy (ki,chi,prana)into your hara (sacral chackra) that little place two to three inches below your belly button ,study the chackra system and meditate(deep belly breathing) THERE IS NO FAST WAY!, unless you sell your soul to demons/the devil,just meditate it takes a few years to get to a point to where you gain your subtle sences back,chackras are important,also learn about mudras,chu gung helps too,only the most patient will persavere and get far enough,lol ironically those whohave that want it all and want i now attidude will never see results,its not about power its about enlightenment,and many do abuse this type of thing that is why it is kept so secret,especially in the west,where evoryone is brainwashed from birth by the media to have a type of hive mind so to speak,i read a post that you haf to fal out of your ego then back in its kinda like that you wont get there beeing materialistic,its all about the spiritual, in conclusion ki,chi,prana is all the same thing PSYCHIC ENERGY,now go meditate for a few years and get psychic.

once you start seeing sparkles of varying colours,then is when things will take a turn for the better,you may even get that far in a few months it all depends on you,your dedication,and your drive to succede.i just hope you motivations are not simply "psychic powers,there is alot of good,and alot of bad that can be dont with them,and at first you get passive abilaties like intuition,feeling energy,clairvoyance,obviously iff you go around town talking about it someone will try and or succede at backer acting you with a quickness,fo varying reasons,do be careful when you obtaine them, they can help as well as hinder you.

id also like to add that it is important for you to meditate properly,study deep belly breathing and learn how to do it "prperly"then you need to learn reverse belly breathing just look up belly breathing or one point breathing its the same thing on google you should get plenty,then to do reverse belly breathing just reverse it its that simple.PATIENCE!!! go as long as you can even when your legs start to hurt ignore it dont think just breath rythmically for at least 30 minuts twice a day,soon you should notice vibrations and tingling,wish you well-bane
