OK, ive never put any thought into what i've been experiencing lately, but its been happening more and more and I want/need advice on what to do and how to handle my situation. for that last, maybe 5-6 monnths, ive been having this issue where i can hear someone/something move around my bed and and i know im awake so its not lucid dreaming, and then i can actually feel it kneel down on my bed, i feel the bed move and i hear the bed squeak and i can sense it moving in towards me. on one occasion i got the nerve to look over my covers and saw what looked like the shadow/figure of a little girl. but naturally i hid again and when i looked back up it was gone. it cant be a ghost bc its happened at other places than my apt. some ppl say its my subconscious, but i read a lot where that happens when ones dreaming, and i KNOW im not dreaming when these occurances happen. they usually happen when im alone, but when i saw the figure, i wasnt alone.
can anyone help me figure out who,what and why?

| Well, since i wrote this, it hasnt happened, even tho I want it to because I do want to try and communicate with it, find out what it wants and if its trying to tell me or warn me about something. Maybe its done and over with. I was in a bad relationship and since i left him, nothing out of the ordinary has happend, so i dont know what to think, but i doubt it was bc of that. |

this does not make you "crazy."
People should ask what "crazy" means to them and why... if the "crazy" thing is true or not, if it's unheard of the majority of people, it'll be crazy huh? People used to think it a crazy idea that the world was round, that our bodies are actually made up of billions of little creatures, etc.. eh?
Something contradicting a dogma of beliefs stating what is real and what is impossible is often seen as "crazy." Why it's seen as crazy is another question... who, or what determines your beliefs about what is crazy and what is not? In all the vastness of the universe, of being, of the existence, the experience we find ourselves having without a real answer as to why or how it became, what it's really all about, how vast it really is... who are we to so reflexively and dogmatically discredit someone as "crazy" because what they're saying is beyond what we consider real?
Scared & Confused,
in actuality what you've experienced was a nonphysical being that was able to manifest itself from a higher dimension (some astral dimension) enough to affect the physical world. "Higher" dimension means the vibrational frequency of the overall energy that is that realm or dimension is higher, faster, than this physical realm. Ghosts, demons, angels, faeries, plethora of other beings, are all just different entities existing on a higher plane of existence - world of higher energetic frequency - existing in this same space - but beyond our perception because what we are consciously perceiving is "tuned in" to the physical world.
How is what we consciously perceive "tuned in" to the physical world?
Physical bodies.
We need physical bodies to experience the physical world.
Maybe i'll come back and try to elaborate more, I am pressed on time right now...
explaining this, forcing myself to understand better, has been good exercise. I hope it others too. |

| well said astral... when I first started with my gifts I asked myself the same question... Am I crazy? and my answer to myself was. "Maybe what we think is crazy really isn't crazy... it's only crazy that we've lived without it (our gifts) for so long. |

anyway...I don't know if its a ghost or anything like that...it could just be noises from outside...you know the noises we all hear all the time while sleeping...or it could be an animal or something...it can be lots of things...I don't know why you all jump to conclusions so quickly...
Anyway to solve the problem or any other problem just imagine the feeling of the problem already being fully solved....or whenever you feel fearful or whatever about it just imagine that fearful feeling already feeling right (in ways that for the highest good of you and everyone else involved). This will work if you hold the feeling for 17 or more seconds...thats all it takes to change entire reality you exist in |

Scaredandconfused.
Do this my love.
Get yourself a pendulum, start it rocking and ask the following questions.
* Is there a reason this little girl is trying to attract your attention?
* Do you have the power to release this little girl?
(you are feeling and seeing, because she wants you to. She is 'stuck' there, and requires releasing to the astral.
If you get a yes - then pendulum some more questions.
* how did she die
* does she know she is dead? (she may have died so suddenly, or in some quickly brutal way - your ancestor may even be the perpetrator (we ask questions to get to the truth of these matters, and it is muscle-testing or penduluming that can help here)
and more importantly
* is she an ancestor of yours? (as frequently we are orchestrated to live in places or go to places just to heal a karma, just to heal someting).
We integrate these people, by opening our hearts, and embracing (which you can also do by mentalling opening your arms wide, and really embracing her. which is really an allowance of these etheric beings into our grounding cord/heartspace, and our souls and angelics do the rest.
But the real blessing and action - is first revealing all the circumstances - and knowing your part in this beautiful release for her.
