Hi
Has anyone ever done this before? Does anyone change their vibrational level to Alpha state to visualise and manifest their desire into real life?
Has anyone had any success with this? I would be interested in anyones information or experience in this.

Silva Method is Great. You should really try it! . Actually, I think there´s an excercise in one of his books in which you visualize while in Alpha state, which is better, because your subconscious gets your desire faster and more easily! ...
