I got this posting from a yahoo group I am in called circle2012dreams. Its a very good group and you will find a lot of information about many different things. From ascension to ufos. This is part of a message from "The Light Circle Ezine" called "Today's Angel Message"
The reason I am posting this is because there are a few simple lines in here that will have tremendous healing effect and I thought everyone here should have access to it.

Precious souls I greet you with such love, such devotion and such healing. Surrounding each and everyone of you is the most amazing rainbow, full of every colour in existence, it is glowing each of its rays upon you. Healing you in all ways and on many many levels. Your emotions are being healed by these beautiful rays. Your mind, your physical being is being healed and your spiritual also, many many patterns around you connecting to you, that are no longer needed that are now outmoded are being released from you as we speak. Karmic ties that have held you back that have blocked your path, and stopped you from striving forward and achieving your goals...they are being released as we speak and being cut from you. You are all receiving a healing of the very highest indeed.
The colour that is most evident as I speak to you is the colour green, the emerald shade of green, so where there are any heart matters that need healing... that need releasing from you and be sure to know that this green energy is doing everything that it can to heal you in the best possible way. Your heart chakra itself is being blessed by this divine ray, your whole energy fields are being re-energized , the homes where you live are being filled with colour, amazing colours, colours that you yourselves are not even aware of and a white bright light, is accompanying all these colours entwining with them, blessing every single part of you and your home. You can even picture in your minds eye the vehicles that you use, the places where you work and the people who you come into contact with and the people that you love and allow this beautiful healing to be poured on all of those.
But you yourselves are the most important. You need to be of a solid foundation in order to be the rock for others, the inspiration to others, there guidance. You are there light therefore the light of God is being shone upon you in abundance so that your light can manifest in there lives and in those places. Visualize all the colours that you yourself are aware of, picture that rainbow and see glimpses of that wonderful rainbow, each and everyone of those rays from it shining upon your being, entering into your being and seeping into the ground below you, into the earth. picture your homes being filled with this same glorious array of colours and if you can see by looking a little closer, watch the angels that are accompanying these colours as they flitter around you.
There are many many many angels healing close to your earth plane using the vibration of colour. You yourselves should tap into this vibration a little bit more...bringing more colour into your lives, bring more excitement, variety, and expression. your chakras are being healed as we are linking together and are beginning to resonate how they should, see them spinning each and everyone of them, see them spinning at the speed that is divinely right for them to spin...starting from your crown chakra, leading down to the third eye, to the throat ,to the heart, to the solar plexus, to the sacral, to the base and even as far down to the root, so you can be anchored into the ground totally, be that rock, be that solid rock , be forever powerful in the knowing that you are of god.
You are part of god and you can rise to which ever level you choose in this lifetime. beyond your expectations even. feel the healing coming to you...receive the healing in abundance by opening up your heart, mind and soul to the energy that is being sent to you. There are hordes and hordes and hordes of beings of light encompassing you and freeing you from all ills, whatever level they are. You are a divine child of God and you are so worthy to be healed. Say to yourselves," I am worthy of receiving the highest form of healing that exists, I am now fully healed, My mind is healed, my heart is healed, my soul is healed, my physical being is healed, I am free from everything and anything I no longer need, I am at one with the universe, I am at one with God. The light of god shines through me, and I am healed. The holy spirit embodies me with its light and the force and the love of the angels encircle me and empower me and bless me in abundance".
You are truly blessed dear precious friends and you are truly healed, be courageous, be strong, go forward on your earthly life and find that which it is that you need to find in order to be truly happy. There are many more things for you to do in this lifetime...search for the key and use that key wisely, for the best of all including yourself. God bless friends, God bless precious Souls, God Bless you and allow yourselves to receive from the highest levels always.
