This Topic I have not seen much off it here on the forums and it would be considered off topic but.
I know this subject it's object of debate among everyone since is not the same thing for everyone, so....
Do you Believe that Chaos as a force is Positive in terms of bringing good things to your practical life, or Negative in terms of causing more harm than good.........
And please explain your views, not with Lengthy elaborate posts but with clear to the point words that everyone can understand and benefit from, let's keep to the subject as much as possible and off course, follow the rules, thanks
So begin........ |

| Negative. This is my opinion because you might be doing good to yourself, but what about the others? :O you may be harming them. What Goes Arround comes Arround remember that! This Means that what you do to other people [either good or bad] will come back to you multiplied by three! |

Chaos, in my opinion, is not a force in itself, but a structure of operation of force, in a manner that is not ordained by a structured pattern. In simpler words, chaos is the way that force takes place.
The sharp edge of a metal piece can kill someone when in the form of a knife, or cut the meat to feed your family, or spread butter on your toast. It can shape wood in the form of a house, or in the form of a hangman's pedestal. With chaos, it all depends on what you do with it. The outcome of chaos is analog to the intention and organization that you had, or had not, in the process of applying the said force.
If chaos is what you describe as the un-ordered strategies of nature in its creative and regenerative process, then thank God for chaos, for there are particles in here that made us to be. If chaos is the unstable behavior of a violent teen, then you are refering to anarchy, which is not chaos.
In my opinion, chaos is a type of order, or un-order, but still a way in which the application of a force does not follow a repetitive pattern.
Some people label "Chaos Magic" to what is in face "Anger Magic", which is not the same thing as Chaos Magic per se. True Chaos Magic does not imply anger at all. It rather implies a form of liberated focus, unbouded by mental structures or images.
Now then, i think the post starter said not to elaborate too much. It was a pleasure to expose my philosophical view of chaos. |

It was my pleasure reading it, very clearly explained & in an understanding way, I agree very much although I see it as energy which sometimes I mistakenly refer to as Force to me it's Raw unpaterned pure energy before anything or anyone gives it shape I get this theory after the Egyptian concept of the Sea of Chaos, it's also what u said it was because it's many great things at the same time & it has it's constructive side & it's destructive side like any element that conforms life yet to me also it's the Prime matter in it's primitive state which makes absolutely all matter following the statement/theory which is less known to many that says "everything came from chaos & shall return to chaos"
Thanx so much I hope other members get inspired to post on here as well stating their personal opinions which by the way doesn't have to have a scientific base it could be a pure personal notion or perception
Thanx much in advance |

| All progress is chaos, any time something that hasn't been done before is done, at least by us, it is chaos. This creates positive and negative results from it being done. Take the airplane. The impossible was made real and gave people the hope of being able to fly, which was positive but people have used planes for war and terrorist weapons as well as had horrific tragedies in crashing. It's not absolutely one way or the other, it is what is neccessary for growth however, and chaos is going to keep on happening. It's the nature of things. |

Chaos is neither positive or negative - it is chaos. How an individual decides to harness Chaos is what determines if it is positive or negative. To me, Chaos just is - it is neither here nor there, but is here and there at the same time. Chaos can go both ways,
Does that make any sense? |

"god" as a primal force is chaos. A ball of light shinning in every direction. As you add order to chaos our reality begins to form.
Chaos is wonderful. The most amazing force we have to work with. Our reality is consistant of order and rules and limitattions, chaos is possibilty. |
