Hey All,
Was wondering what is supposed to happen when I listen to subliminal mp3s that are supposed to aid in astral projection?
Do I have to think about coming out of my body, or just relax and think nothing?
Was listening to one and it seemed like my mind was looking at my body but I was up in the air, but it wasn't clear and when I flew up, I chose to fly down and suddenly every thing had a cartoony look to it??
Is astral projection supposed to be crystal clear view of everything? And what can you do? |

No, you had an out-of -body experience. Your suppossed to see yourself from outside of yourself. Also, the cartoon experience makes sense, because it's the thinking process, bordering on the physical world and the astral world. When you seperated your spirit, from your body, your not seeing this physical world anymore, your seeing the astral world, that you temporarily took an astral trip to.
That's what those dimensions, that you want to astrally travel to, look like. |
