You could buy a subliminal program. I've bought this one http://www.subliminal-power.com/mind/?pu=false I think it works well.

If you don't have the money, try meditation. Say to yourself "I am confident." I am charasmatic." Try to hold that thought in your head for 15 minutes and visualize whatever you want to be more confident about. Morning and just before you go to bed is the best time to meditate. Find some place where you won't be disturbed. Believe you are confident and you will be.
