If its not too much trouble (is it ever?) can you please help me with the following-
My health- Im a pretty active person though i do have a weight issue
Strength- Lately it seems like getting up is so hard and that I have a problem during the middle of the day though by 2:00 im hopping off of sealings and end up being up a lot longer then i should be. Also some added physical strength would hurt
Be a kinder person- I find it easy to understand why i should be a nice person, but when im with friends i usualy let my other side take over, the less responsible one

I've had some things manifest, thought not all:
so far its been easier to get up in the morning due in part to brain sound studio
events have also have led me into becoming a nicer person due in some part to cercumstances
