i know tea is a natural hearler but can someone explain to me what the different kinds of tea actually do and how to make it

Depends what you want to use the teas for.

Green tea is a good all-round antioxidant and immune booster. Don't pour boiling water on it though and don't drink it boiling hot either - cooled down green tea is better for your oesophagus, and if you pour boiling water on green tea it destroys some of the phenols apparently.

I drink the usual black teas every day like English breakfast and Earl Gray, they're all immune boosters but not as effective as Green tea. White tea (the chinese kind is also supposed to be very good).

Other herbal teas are good for specific ailments, but if you let me know what you want to use the teas for then I might be able to help.

Licorice tea is one of the best for your adrenal glands - excellent for releasing stress at the the physical and subtle energy levels.

Damiana is a great kidney tonic and helps with the processing of toxins etc.

You can also charge up your tea blends by putting crystals in with them for a couple of weeks.

Has anyone tried marajuana tea? I heard it's great for psychic abilities every once in a while...

By the Logarith, the weed for the weed tea we were gonna have.... Professor Dry H. won't provide. The combination of the weed tea and Bob Marley music... amazing

Yeah Humpy. He can smoke it but won't give us any. I bet if we did have a party, then we could have so "special" tea.

Yerba Mate is very nice, but my favorite would have to be Licorice tea.
