here is a way to manifest. do not ejaculate for 30 days, hold this energy in your second chakra. then focus this powerful energy on the intent you want. this technique has tremendous power.

It is very interesting hearing you speak about this. I have been experimenting with trying to be completely celibate for about a year now. The longest period I have been able to abstain so far has been 8 weeks successively, for a couple of times. I'm trying to go at least 10 weeks straight to experience supposedly some extraordinary benefits. So far I haven't been able to focus my energies into creating anything new just yet, but this is still very much a learning process for me.

I used to not be able to go 1 week without ejaculating once or twice a week. But now, after meditating nearly everyday for the past 2.5 years, I'm beginning to gain control over my sexual urges and make better use of my energies.

I'm seriously trying to manifest abundance. Can you or anyone else on the board elaborate a little further on this and how you have manifested abundance?

it is easy just focus on what you want send it out in the universe and then forget about it. it will happen in the universes timing. but by using your stored up sexual energy it gives this process great power. after three or four days of not ejaculating you will be able to feel the energy.

sexual energy is very creative. I found it more useful to learn few techniques of ejaculation mastery to harness your sexual energy during the sexual act than hold it for many days and then loose it in a heartbeat, also practicing celibacy for long period decreases libido.

This is very interesting to me. As a transgender person I regularly
go 2 weeks with ejaculating. I am going to try to go the full 30 days
and see how much energy it provides me. My goal is to increase the

when i was single i used to abstain, and found i didnt really care either way about sex. and then when i would use the energy for sexmagik/ chaos magick charging servitors, i would masturbate and try to send out the energy at the moment of orgasm. it started out fine enough, and then i would get all hot and bothered and forget what my initial intent was. next thing i knew i was cuming and saying oh damn!
never worked for me. and now that i have a partner, all i can think about is sex.

Helo Usherman. Can you walk me through this process? I'm now at 9 weeks and bubbling with energy. Can you explain what you mean when you say hold the energy at the 2nd chakra, focus on your intent, and then release it into the Universe?

I've read so much stuff over the years that I'm sort of lost in all of these different manifestation techniques. Can I use this technique to manifest let's say a $5,000 monthly increase in income, or should my intent be to manifest the rewards of a $5,000 increase in income?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have just learned this thing, and thanks for this info. I am new on this forum and I think I'm learning a lot.

I think, we have to abstain from sex or masturbation till the thing we want manifest. I was then sure ejaculations really can drain my energy and it also affects my overall power of manifesting what I want. One month abstinence could be very hard for married people...my golly. I was lucky I'm still a bachelor. he, he, he...

The Taoist even says not to ejaculate during sex at all. Better yet avoid distractions like sex, and they're right.
