The only true ways I know for making someone else dream about you are:

1.Just think about it. Your mind has enough power to go into anybody else´s mind.

2. Talk to this person and silently introduce the fact that you want him or her to dream about you into their mind. For exapmle: "Good night! Hope you have nice dreams -about me! Razz - *lol*"

3. Really meditating on it while you are sure the other person is asleep.

Well, if the person isn't that far away, dreamwalk can do the job, even tough you need to be a dream controler for it.
