If, while meditating and/or practicing a certain skill, you make a gesture of some sort, could that be used to 'call up' a ability from physical memory?

i am interested in hand gestures to and wanted to post ... dose anyone know anything about this???
i searched but coulden't find anything ... so i started thinking but i coulden't find anything either only the posibility of anchoring something to a hand gesture ... but if there are predefined hadgestures i would like to know also ...

ok, well i done some more research and the corect term is "mudra"

I think I can help with this. Have you seen the show Naruto? Well, the hand signs from the show seem to work well for me. Be aware, these are actual signs. The show Naruto was based on a real form of Martial Arts. So, watching it could help a lot with the whole spirit energy and hand sign stuff...

I use all the techniques on the website and they work well for me.

I'm curious...What specific hand techniques were you looking for dozhier_ex_mentis? What are you trying to accomplish?

I suppose physical memory is the best explanation. Things like recalling states, and invoking 'set programs' in my mind, by way of specific gestures.

yes i know the show ... just yesterday i was watching it and thought of trying it out ... it's interesting stuff and i figured out that it is inspired from reality so it could help ... thanks for the reminder Smile

But most likely what they are doing is the Kuji Kiri (9 Cuts)

Naruto - A cheap animation that people watch when their high or stoned.

I'd prefer something more intelligent, like Family Guy, or Futurama.

Answering the original question:

YEs, it is 100% possible!

I have tried it myself and it really works. Now, you might be thinking "Oh, this isn´t real!" but I must tell you that It has worked for me! Also, more serious researches like the Silva Ultramind Seminars have proved that it is actually possible. In One of my Silva books it tells you how to Anchor, or make any hand gesture to provoke a reaction, like a shortcut!

The technique is very similar to the one described above, you will have to go into deep meditation or alpha state, think about something and do a hand gesture that reminds you of it, then repeat to yourself "from now on, each time I put my hands together like this, this will happen" ....
