I have a question. When I tried pranic breathing, this is what I did:
Inhale through nose slowly
Hold breath for 3 seconds
Exhale through mouth slowly almost doubling the time needed to inhale
Hold breath for 1 second
Then repeat.
What I found is that when I do this, my head feels a little dizzy, and sometimes I feel a sudden increase in temperature like a little burn in my head. Did I do it wrong or?
And I found out that it's easier to breath through your abdominals when you're lying on bed rather than sitting down. |

Sorry, I want to add on something. By doing pranic breathing, you can absorb the energy right? So I can actually do this during my visualization for manifestation to increase its power? If so, after I do it, how do I release all of the energy as I let go of the thought?
Thanks |

Hey wasiu0607,
it's important to feel and visualize the prana, this increases your intake of energy and stretches your being to being capable of holding more.
Pranic breathing usually raising your temperature a little, but if you get dizzy then you may have blood pressure issues, I'd check with your doc just to make sure. Take the process easy and slowly. |
