I've been trying for a couple of years now, and I've thus far been unable to project whenever I try. I usually end up just... Falling asleep. Does anyone have any advice?

I've tried many methods and have recently been having great success with the 'phasing' method, you may want to investigate this, be aware of the common belief that you are on the astral plane when lucid dreaming.

I assume your talking about astral projection.... Go to this website: http://www.robertpeterson.org/chap16.html go the the begining of the book all the lessons are at the bottom of each chapter. I personally have never read the story I just read the lessons it worked great for me. I know this link is posted elsewhere on this website because I've posted it.
