Basically, a group of girls at my school have formed a psychic mind influence group, with characteristics of a mind control cult. They made it so I broadcast my thoughts everywhere I go (click here for more info on that) and I feel that they are inserting various thoughts and images into my mind, and are trying to control me as well (trying to alter my self-perception, etc.).

They can see what I'm seeing, hear what I'm thinking, and so forth no matter where I go... and sometimes I will even go places and surprisingly enough find one of them there. I'm starting to wonder if they don't have a small degree of control over my body as well, because I have been having chest pains, heart palpitations, and a few nights I woke up at exactly 5 am with my body shaking as if I was being electrocuted.

To be honest it's a struggle to create this topic because they are tugging at me and sending me loads of negative energy as I try to write it.

So, how do I stop this? Is there anyway for me to break the connection? I already had to drop out of school for this, and I literally can't go anywhere anymore. I'm not even safe in my home, which I know is exactly what they want. I'm not sure what their real intentions are, but it's pretty clear that they are definitely not good.

Also, here are examples of some of thoughts I feel are being inserted into my mind (which I had never thought before):

-I'm gay
-I'm a loser
-I'm an idiot
-I'm schizophrenic
-I'm just imagining things
-Everyone is working against me
-They're doing a good thing
-I'm going to kill myself
-I give up, I have no chance

On top of this, I seem to attack anyone who tries to heal me, and praise anyone who's against me. This really doesn't feel like something I would ordinarily do, for obvious reasons.

So any advice? It's a bit of an emergency.[/url]

Yes remember that no one has power over you that you don't give them. They can't control you or have any power over you if you don't give it to them. Understand.

A suppliment to that I'd suggest is that you know that the energies they're sending you are reflecting back on them and know that only what they send to you is reflected back on them. I'd suggest thinking of yourself as a mirror to such thoughts/energies that people send to you; that these reactions they want you to have bounce off you, going solely back to them and no one else and that they'll stop getting what you're reflecting back once they stop sending these energies to you. And don't hide this fact that it's you doing the reflecting, either. Many that would do this kind of work will stop doing it when they know their subject is aware of what they're doing and fighting back with their own energies.

Also, you could send that it isn't just you, but that you've got some higher being protecting you from such things and is helping you send it back. If you believe it enough, you'll actually attract a higher being to protect you from such things and the both of you will work together on your protection from such acts.

My friend says to go to an army navy store and get a metal helmet, wrap your neck in aluminum foil, then read here how to stop psychic attacks while wearing the helmet. If they are any good they will give you chest pains and make your heart race but keep going. When that stops you will know what you are doing is working. Doing this will give you a few minutes of peace and quiet.

Any questions ask. Keep us updated. I would also write some affirmations. I got out of a simliar problem and a big help was writing affirmations.

I'd write something like. Thank you spirit (god or goddess) whichever you believe in/call on your god and say "Thank you spirit for I, (your name) am in complete control of my life and I allow no one to harm me or change me in anyway that isn't for my highest good. You must write this 100 times and believe it.

NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER YOU THAT YOU DON'T GIVE THEM.

"Thank you spirit for I take back all my personal power and personality from all people who have attempted to change me."

By the way... If they are all girls why do they want you to be gay? Did you do something to them? Its only logical that they would want you to be there lover, sex slave, boyfriend not unless you did something to them or represent something to them. I'm just trying to make sense of all this.

If you follow what my friend and I are saying you will be able to free yourself.

If it isn't anything you've done, they could just be utterly psychotic. It happens. Maybe they screwed up their energy work and screwed themselves up, only they don't realize it.

I was once under quite a bit of psychic attack and realized that I had allowed my energy to become weak. I began practicing pranic breathing daily and after about 7 days I could feel the effects of these entities weaken enough for me to dissolve them.

JPD How is your situation is it getting any better?

I myself am going to try the pranic breathing.
