Well... There are some annoying spirits or ET's that are causing me trouble at the moment. They are in the way of my training. They are currently trying to gain control of my reality, mind etc... they also block positive experiences from me, that I really would like to have, to be myself.

What I would like to know is...
A: How do I counter-attack these "beings"?
B: Who are them, and why do they attack me?
C: I cannot create good shields although I'm actually super good at all visualization, but this hindrance is preventing me from doing any psionic/psychic work. How to overcome this?
D: I've been thru a lot of psi combat although I'm only 22 at the moment, and at this moment, I need nothing more than the destruction of those negative "things" or spirits, or liberation from them in a peaceful way.
E: Anyone who got the power to remove these "things" I owe a favor, and will pay it back in any way possible, when I have my energies work. Wink

Have you tried doing a lot of navel chakra work? I have always found that when I do heavy work at this area negs just can't stand to be around me. I would go for kinesthetic energy work though not visualizing - from my experience this seems to have more of a 'knock out' effect. Build up the energy and push it out from your chakra.

Give it a try and let me know how you go.

No I actually haven't, though It's part of my training. It is very hard to do at the moment. Do you mean like collecting energy in the dantian or subnavel-centre, and afterwards using that energy to build up emotions or shields? I know that is a good idea, but I cannot do that well at the moment, because my enemy is very creative at the moment. Their influence is also very visible to non's or people who have no idea about psychic energies or ways to harness them. People around me and my work notice them consciously. They can only do harm, I need them out of the way. Destruction or liberation. Anyhow it doesn't matter, I'll find a way.

What I mean is doing nothing except subnavel energy work for a while and letting that tonal of energy permeate into your energy field. From my own experience it becomes like a brick wall to a lot of entities.

Actually I was constantly thinking that I'm forgetting something important about this condition/matter, which means that I was worrying about it, and therefore destroying my own natural resistance.

I've already seen the mentality of the beings, which is, very childish...

Enough about this. Thanks for the tips once more.
