Hello, all.
I've been doing psychic practice for a long time, but now I find it extremely difficult to concentrate on one subject for a long time-- This makes it just short of impossible to execute many psychic practices. I was wondering, can I use a recording of my voice (or someone else's) to guide me while going through these exercises? I'm going to try it soon, but I would like the opinion of others who have tried it. Thanks.

| That'd work fine in my experience. |

| I would advise trying out the monroe institute hemi-sync cds. They use a special audio setup that makes focusing much easier, and teach a wide variety of psionic skills. You can download the first "wave" (which is 6 basic lessons that build on each other) for like $10. |
