Could you please provide some guidance as to where/ when I am supposed to find success and happiness in my career situation? I am not so sure I am where I am supposed to be at this time and I have no idea yet how to change that.

hi jenny.
9 months for promotion and yes you are right where you need to be.
Now-there WILL be someone new entering in your business area- be friendly but do not become "friends" this helps you majorly as this new person is a higher manager.
Reason being:
This person does not believe in business and friendship. This person is a female likes friendly, acknowleable people around who are bright.
By the way if invites to a lunch or a coffee with this person GO!! Do NOT pass this oppertunity up and remember be friendly not friends.  |
