Hi all,

I need some strong hypnosis products for confidence in social situations. I find it impossible to hold a decent conversation unless it's one of the rare few people I can easily connect with.

I've tried activities and exercises that require me to consciously do something and I can't do it. I have so many negative beliefs that have been ingrained into my brain over the past 10-15 years (most of my life).

I'm looking for some audio products that I don't have to consciously do or think something. Am I correct in assuming hypnosis wouldn't be suitable? I was considering the dual products as you don't really have to think or do anything.

Any thoughts? I'm desperate to solve this part of my life but don't know where to turn.

Four things happen with a hypnotic suggestion , reject , ignore , accect , and try to accept . Hypnosis is a powerful tool , but not a magic bullet .

What exercices have you tried ? What social situations are you having difficulty with ? Large parties ? Work related ?
Are you also working on your body language and voice projection ?
What are your negative beliefs ?

I don't mean something that I don't have to agree with, but something that isn't instructional, like most of the hypnosis products. I saw the ultra meditation program which has the type of thing I want, just in social confidence.

hey there

there are a ton of hypnosis type CD's you can get.

I use Dick Sutphen and Kelly Howells.
i also use binary beats (just google)
and the monroe institute is another good one.

i hope this helps you a some.
