| Meditation is the most reliable tool in my experience. I'd tend to work with my higher self rather than guides. If you are going to work with a guide be as clear as you can on the terms in which you are exchanging power etc. There's always an exchange and it's not always for your higher good. The higher self on the other hand will always be for your higher good. |
