Can anyone help offer some insight on pyramid meditation..
I bought a small one and tried it on my head. Did not notice
anything, of course I did not try magnetic north position.

lie on the bed..and put it in your third eye..

stay there and meditate for as long as you could

do this every day for some time..

you will develop and unfold from there
