Im a begginer empath and wanted to know how to create the easiest messages of the emapthic alhabet which is the beta message. Also anything else you can tell me to help me out finding my inner empath. All help is appreceated. Very Happy

You are always sending out beta messages. By doing anything, thinking anything, just by being in a room you send out beta messages.

But I suppose you mean send out a specific message. Very Happy If, for example, you wanted to send a happy message:

1. Think of something that makes you happy. A good memory, or something you like. Concentrate on that thought/image.
2. Keep this thought in your head while you let the feeling of happiness fill you up, and eventually overflow.
3. Direct these overflowing feelings to the person you are trying to send the message to.

This should give you the results you want after some practice. It is like a faucet filling a bucket, and then you dump the bucket on someone's head.
