Is it possible for psychic energy to build up in a small area? I believe, since I spend so much time working on psychic techniques in the bath tub, that there is a 'buildup' there. Mostly because, no matter what is on my mind, however stressful it is, it doesn't seem to bother me in there. On the flip side, I can't seem to concentrate there lately. Is it possible a buildup of psychic energy would prevent me from adequate concentration?

It could possibly be that there is an excessive level of energy there. If so, I would recommend developing a technique to maintain a constant level of energy. Raise to the amount of energy you felt relaxed with, and see if that works. Please let me know if that works. If not, I will do my best to develop a technique for you...

I'd try and picture all the negative or extra energy leaving going into the ground and turning into positive energy and then do whatever you want with it.

Thinking about this further has made me think of something. It seems that in certain rooms of my house the energy is "murky". Its like trying to see through dark water...

Hmm... there's probably a crystal you can place in there to absorb excess energies. Maybe an amethyst?

try burning sage.. walk around your house with it... be careful not to catch anything on fire.

Sage is also good to use on yourself... circle it around your head and work towards your toes.

You could also use some sort of radionics to absorb some of the extra energy, too. Then it could be put to good use in some way.
