For quite a while now I have had a lot of things on the brain and haven't been able to connect with my spiritual side of myself as I feel I have pushed it to the side until I can deal with my personal problems and was wanting your opinions on how I can reconnect with my spirtual side and try and get back on track and I am hoping it will help with my personal problems as well...Thank you all who responde

From my own experience practice that connects to the higher self is what is important. Opinions may vary of course, but I've found for myself that all things in my life "fell into place" a lot more when I started communicating and connecting to my higher self.

Thank you mack I know that everything in our lives happen for a reason to learn from to grow from but sometimes it is hard when you have so much going on to understand the reasons I will get there adventually hopefully sooner then later.....thank you again

Try to get into the Alpha state. You can do that by deep relaxation and / or meditation. Try the Silva Method or

i can get into alpha and theta state but is that the way to connect with my higherself??

The only way to connect to your higher self is through your subconscious mind and being in alpha "disconnects" the conscious mind and allows you to communicate with your subconscious. Remember that subconscious mind is like a child and takes everything at the face value, so you have to be very precise in your questions.

Dowsing is one way to do it.
