Hello, Everyone. I have only just discovered this group and I look forward to spending a lot of time here in the future. Mysticism surrounds my family, though not necessarily through our seeking. Suffice it to say that as a child there were some pretty strange things going on about our home involving "dark spirits" that attached themselves to us for whatever reason. I remember seeing them/it move about my room and house, and my parents had some much more frightening experiences at the same time. My mom tells me some pretty scary stories, but my dad won't even talk about it, he just says that strange things happened, i don't think he even believes it himself. Anyway, I have always been fascinated with psychic energy/abilities, and as a child i can remember having many dreams that would actually come true. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost whatever power I enjoyed as a child, despite trying numerous methods of increasing psychic awareness and such. I have this fear that what I am doing is wrong, or scary, and that no good can come of it. There are obviously some things that I don't want to see or be exposed to, but I still really want to develop this power within myself. Can anyone share anything that might help me? If not, thanks for reading my post, anyways!

Sounds like we're in the same boat in alot of ways. Born this way and wanting to get better at it.
Seems that things kind of kick start themselves up a nith every now and again for no real reason, then they seem to tone down a bit at times.
It seems strees effects it as does peiceful and quietness - being 'ok' with just who I am and not asking alot of questions.
It seems the more I try, the less I accomplish in this area. But if you can communicate - that's where I began and am still getting my help.

May I suggest that you investigate spirit releasement to deal with the dark entities.
