| Hey, I was wondering, when trying to astral projection, wouldn't it just be easier to get a spirit to gently pull you out of your body. |

Would it just be a lot more helpful if people who astral projected could help those who can't? |

Spirits and constructs can aid in astral projection. Unfortunately, some entities that can help you project may force you to do so against your will. This happened to me once with a rather mean fairy.
Other than using an entity or construct (several constructs, one at each chakra), the best way to improve is by practicing frequently.
I've gotten to the point where I can project in less than a minute, and stay projected for about a half hour or so until I need to "recharge".
Most of my projection is for combat or ... other purposes. Don't ask >.> |
