Pills are a bad idea for lucid dreaming. As annoying as it can be, the only method is practicing the basic tricks. It probably isn't even worth attempting if you don't remember 2 dreams almost every night (what use is lucid dreaming if you don't even remember it?). If you can do that, then start doing reality checks every day. Just stop whatever you're doing and ask yourself if you are in a dream. Check a clock or look at your hands (clocks always change when you look twice and hands change shape and size. After a few weeks, you should be getting a couple LDs every week. |

ya...pills are def. a bad idea. im 17 and ive gotten pretty good at having lucid dreams. all i do is meditate before i go to bed every night. then when im laying down waiting for sleep to wash over me, i repeatedly tell myself that im dreaming. i may not even be asleep yet, but i still say it. then when i do fall asleep im usually still saying that im dreaming. and almost every night i have a lucid dream just b/c i here myself saying that im dreaming then i realize i am. i dont know if it could work for you, but its very sucsessful for me. |

I haven't personally used Dale Power's psychic jewelry, but a friend of mine has used several of them. In most cases his products are somewhat effective, and some work incredibly well. However, most of these results can be achieved through practice as well. If you have plenty of money to throw around ( The majority of his products are priced at over $150), and/or don't have the time or patience for practice, Dale Power's jewelry is one of the best. |

Over on the extrememind forums, theres been some positive feedback on the lucid dreaming ring, along with a few of his other products. Recently, a friend lent me his latest purchase from Dale, an "invisibility ring". It doesn't actually make you invisible, but in some ways it's better. Heres a link to it http://www.psychichelps.com/ja_invisibility.htm I still think that learning these skills yourself is a better idea, but I have no doubt that they are legitimate. |

I agree CJ. The rings work from what I hear, personally I still prefer the self sufficient approach and believe that in the long run it will achieve higher level results but for people who don't want to do the work devices like this a god send. |

could you axplain the self sufficient approach??
I tried asking while Im awake "Im dreaming?". Also I use to "program"my subc. right after to sleep, repeating what kind of dreams I want to have, that I want to be conscious in them, and that I will remember them when I wake up.
I usually get the kind of dreams I want, and also I remember them. But not able yet to be concious in them.
Any help, advice? |
